General, today I cannot come to your outpost
because I am very busy. I have been
thinking that if you are going to Sacasa we will
need money for the trip, and I do not know where
to get it but at any rate we will do what is
possible for you to go because it is urgent that
they know that we hardly have elements to
continue the fight and that we will never be
dismayed.
