J.S. Morales R., Srio. --
His
statement was read to him and he finds
it correct, he ratifies it and does not
sign it because he does not know how,
but in his name a member of this same
Army signs it -- Lieut. Felix Pedro
Herrera. /s/ J. S. Morales R. If they
accuse us as criminals because we
condemn to death the traitors, that is a
mistake as the Nicaraguan Constitution
prescribes death for traitors to the
country.
