General Echeverría.

If Captain Centeno is there, send him to me with ten men more because with the patrol I sent toward Panalí. I just received a warning from San Rafael from my own wife that 100 Constabularies are coming by that way and I want to send Centeno with other men. Tell him to come ready to leave. I believe General Montoya has in his power all that the Yankees were bringing from Ocotal.
