EDSN fiesta in Coyolar?  What was that about?
Road building and road improvement in Jinotega's isolated districts ongoing; expanding the state's reach.
From 600 to 800 rebels seen traveling NE into wilds of Peña Blanca; their destination: mining districts of Atlantic Coast dominated by US and foreign capital.
Macario Martínez, Jefe Político (capitán de cañada?) of Guasaca.
150 EDSN reported in San Antonio de Las Cuchillas area (wilderness zone NE of Jinotega).
Ramón Villegas, Santos Rivera, ranchers in Valle de Las Cuchillas.
Carlos (Charles) Haslam, coffee grower, working with Marines-GN.
Jerónimo Ríos, merchant of Matagalpa; intelligence gleaned from him in
