The undersigned, Municipal Mayor and Captain of the Liberator Army of Nicaraguan Autonomy, grants ample and effective guarantee to the citizen Calazan Contreras, as 2nd chief of Agapito Altamirano, because he is a man who has favored us since the beginning of the revolution, therefore I request to the other Jefes of Detachments of the same army, to give him the help he might need, personally as well as in his property.
